The 1812 Ashland building is in Baltimore’s Eager Park neighborhood, near Johns Hopkins University’s East Baltimore campus. The six-story, $65.6 million laboratory and office building is a 163,307 sq. ft. office and research facility focused on medical and life science research. The project is expected to create significant impact in the highly distressed East Baltimore community by spurring additional development for commercial space, affordable housing, and early childhood education.
