Yitzhak Zelmanovitch has served as a Director of Harbor Bankshares Corporation and of The Harbor Bank of Maryland since April 2019.  He is the President of Founders’ Impact, an evergreen fund that provides early-stage capital and works side-by-side with portfolio companies as co-founders to achieve both financial and social return on investments.

Mr. Zelmanovitch is also Managing Member of Roran Capital LLC, an investment firm which invests in distressed and undervalued assets. Prior to 2007, Mr. Zelmanovitch was an associate with the law firm Hogan & Hartson, L.L.P. whose practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate matters. Mr. Zelmanovitch received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
